Workshop Facilitators

This is our Workshop Facilitators call out.

To all tribe who have the calling to share their knowledge and skills I invite you to think about contributing your magic and gift a workshop on one of the 4/5 New Years Village days. You can pre book a time with me, or if you come prepared you can add your name to a list on the board and work out timings for a workshop on the day.

All workshops will need to be pre-approved.

If you have the calling, the things you need consider are:

  1. This will need to be completely self resourced so you will need to consider if you can supply any necessary items to attendees for the tools of your trade (e.g. pens, paper, paint, brushes, boxing gloves, string, clay etc

  2. Topics of discussion. We request that all political discussions regardless of your beliefs remain solely for private conversations and are not topics for any workshop. We request a high level of sensitivity to any and all topics that could cause needless division, friction, unrest and/or unwarranted tension among the differing cultures, personal needs, and ethos of our 'Tribe', and from the many-walks-of-life we're all already on. At ‘Castle’ our main focus is to celebrate WITH and FOR each other, despite what differences we may find. Like all ‘Castle’ events, every attendee and facilitator is asked to uphold Mutual Respect, regard, civility, politeness, thoughtfulness, and an awareness of what language may suit best with your workshop offerings and our tribe ethos.

  3. Any potentially triggering or risky workshop covering trauma healing, psychological analysis, expressions of sensuality or sexual behaviour, or even extreme physical pursuits need to be covered by an accredited or well known facilitator with a few years of experience under their belt. It is important to us that we always keep the hearts, minds and bodies of our beautiful tribe members sacrosanct (meaning as sacred as temples).
